VACANCIES:

  • Position Title: Customer Support Consultant
    (Full time, permanent role)

This role is integral to our Delivery team and based in our Melbourne office.

The purpose of the role is to provide software support for solutions developed by Ecco Software to our clients as well as involvement in testing coordination and software delivery services including assistance with the development of documentation, support strategies, as well as carrying out software testing.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:  A minimum of 2+ years in the IT sector, ideally with a tertiary qualification in computer science or information technology, or in the final year to completion.  Demonstrable experience in a similar role or a software development related testing environment, as is accounting and/or point of sale software experience, would be well regarded.  Working knowledge of programming and testing principles involved in the software development lifecycle, including analyzing information to address software related issues is highly desirable.
